Northern Dancer continues to invest into its partners by investing in people to manage current business and open new doors to drive new business across the country.
With forecasted growth in 2019, in Sept 2018, we added a Sr. Key Account Manager to manage current business and open new accounts to drive sales opportunities within the responsibilities outlined.
To ensure our retail assortment from our partners were on store shelves, we added a Field Manager to our sales team in Sept 2019. He visits our retailers on a regular 3-week cycle to merchandise / sell our assortment of product offering
from our partners.
With Year over year delivering double digit growth, in March 2020, we have just added an additional Sr. Key Account Manager responsible to manage current business and open new opportunities within the responsibilities outlined.
